Truly, we are collecting names and contact info for two main areas:

FIRE LOVE: If you are interested in performing, contact Top Shelf Sean so we can reserve your artist(s) spot, both in the arena and campground area. If all else fails, leave a note here.

VOLUNTEERS: Need workers in FOOD, GROUNDS and SAFETY. All of these include pre-festival entry opportunities and heck yes we need help with take-down and clean-up Leave No Trace

Naturally, if you have specific talents that Hoodilidoo can use-ilidoo, give us a shout. We can train the innocent and expand the experienced. Talk to me.

Fantastic, Chrissie...will send you email with specifics. You can always talk to Sean, but I spend much more time online. There is no specific cut-off date for fire participants; we just want to make you comfortable ~ same with the other artists and musicians ~ so having a head count for space is the operative mission. The more the merrier...see you soon!

Hey kellybeez, my name is Cat. . .one of the organizers for Bim Willow's recycling program at the Willow Ranch. I am stoked to come down in a few weekends, but I like most right now, am broke :( I am hoping that you are still taking volunteers in any capacity. I am skilled in all of the areas you listed. . .maybe putting cooking first. Still I want to help on any level necessary.
